Experience

K.T.'s food writing career began in 2019, when she took over the blog for Gambino's, a historic New Orleans bakery. Before that, she worked at Willa Jean, making rustic hearth breads and delicate pastries, and at Terre Riche, creating specialty drink recipes. Since then, K.T. has written for Very Local-Nola, Bold Culture Hub, StarTrek.com, Bright Wall/Dark Room, and Homes.com. She hopes her writing helps others discover their passion for food, feasting, and frivolity.

Education

K.T. earned a bachelor's and master's degree in communications from the University of Louisiana Monroe. She continues her education through writing workshops, online courses, and copious culinary history books.
