Nick Bythrow is a journalist, author, poet, and food lover. His passion for food began in his teenage years, when he volunteered with his grandfather at various soup kitchens in the Greater Boston area of Massachusetts. Cooking and serving food to those in need imbued him with a love for preparing meals, alongside recognition of how vital food is to our daily lives. Having served three years as a lead writer at Screen Rant, Nick's work for Food Republic merges his skills in journalism with his fervor for the culinary arts.
