Passover Recipes, Booze Books, Cooking With Marijuana: 10 Hot Topics On Food Republic

From making matzo for Passover to cooking with marijuana to sampling the world's hottest pepper, it was quite the interesting week at Food Republic. We practiced the best three ways to cook lamb at home and learned about saba and stroopwafel (we didn't know anything about them either before this week, don't worry). We also perfected our Bloody Mary–making techniques, thanks in part to our handy guide to 13 booze books that just hit the shelves. We also sat down with legendary chef Jeremiah Tower to discuss his extensive career and were lucky enough to grab seats at the screening of the new documentary about him at the TriBeCa Film Festival. All that and more on this week's Hot Topics on Food Republic.
