Experience
Roberta's always been inspired by making it easy for others to explore new cuisines, ingredients, drinks, and places. She's a certified cheese judge and author of the book 500 Cheeses. For almost 25 years, she ran Australia's largest recreational cooking school, Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Market. She became immersed in the world of food, forming friendships with many leading chefs and producers and learning a lot along the way, ultimately leading to collaborations. Roberta has written cookbooks several with some of them including, "A Lombardian Cookbook" (with Alessandro Pavoni), "A Sardinian Cookbook" (with Giovanni Pilu), "Wild Weed Pie" (with Janni Kyritsis), and the "Sydney Seafood School Cookbook" (with recipes from 49 top chefs). She's also hosted cooking classes with hundreds of them and learnt to translate 'chef speak' into 'home cook speak'. Today, she shares her love of food, wine, and travel through her tours, fun foodie events, and online cooking classes.
Education
Roberta has a Master of Arts degree in gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Arts in literature and linguistics, and diplomas in herbalism and nutrition.
