The Only Pisco Sour Cocktail Recipe You Will Ever Need
Yesterday brought the disappointing news that Cyberpunk 2077 would be delayed until September. While that means waiting an extra five months before we get to dive into CD Projekt Red's latest opus, it may be a good thing.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. Pisco
- 3/4 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Add all ingredients and dry shake first. (That means to shake without ice.)
- Add ice and shake very hard.
- Strain into a large coupe glass.
- Garnish with Angostura bitters.
