Pisco Sour Cocktail
Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Pisco
  • 3/4 oz. lime juice
  • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients and dry shake first. (That means to shake without ice.)
  2. Add ice and shake very hard.
  3. Strain into a large coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with Angostura bitters.
