  • Jennifer has extensive connections to executive chefs from her time working in NYC high-end restaurants and hotels and Las Vegas mega-resorts. Her ex-father-in-law was a retired 3-star Michelin in France, so good food runs in her veins.
  • She has lived in Paris, New York, and currently in Las Vegas, three huge food capitals of the world.
  • Jennifer will be moving to Italy to immerse herself in another country known for its great food and culture.

Jennifer is a Culinary Institute of America (C.I.A.) pastry chef grad and Institute of Culinary Education (I.C.E.) Culinary Arts grad out of New York with a separate journalism degree. She is a professional real estate freelance writer. Some clients include the A.I.M. Group, where she is an analyst for a company that provides global business intelligence services and consulting for the real estate niche. She is a regular content contributor to Debt Hammer. This site helps 70 million Americans who struggle with consumer debt. But it is her passion for food that keeps her writing in this niche.

Jennifer earned an associate degree in baking & pastry from the Culinary Institute of America. She also has an associate degree in journalism & media studies from the College of Southern Nevada (Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society). To be an all-around kitchen savvy, she also has a 6-month certificate in culinary arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC.
