Bryan has been a professional writer for over 12 years. He got his start as a freelancer for The Northern Valley Suburbanite before joining North Jersey Media's team full-time as a writer and editor for Town News, a local weekly paper. His first taste of food writing was at The Food Institute, where he covered everything from supply chain regulations for manufacturers to the hottest up-and-coming specialty food trends that would define flavor for years to come.


Bryan has bachelor's degree in journalism & professional writing from The College of New Jersey.
