The Chain Restaurants Giving Away Free Food On Cyber Monday

This time of year, our thoughts are consumed with family get-togethers, Black Friday deals, and, of course, food. What extra-portable side dish should we bring to Thanksgiving dinner? How can we keep Thanksgiving dinner stress-free? Where should we eat out when the in-laws come to visit? Does Cyber Monday apply to fast food?

We may not have all the answers, but we can give you a hand when it comes to scoring free food this Cyber Monday. Of course, most deals require you to make a purchase before you can get the freebie, but if you're treating the whole family, these Cyber Monday deals at your favorite fast-food chains can help you save a little money.

What's more, because many of these deals are online- or delivery-only offers, you can order from the comfort of your home and have dinner delivered while you scope out all the best Cyber Monday sales. Talk about being efficient in more ways than one! Now, let's get into these deals.

Smashburger

If you're looking for burgers on Cyber Monday, look no further than the deal at Smashburger. November 27-29, customers can use code CYBERBOGO on the Smashburger website to score a free burger with the purchase of another burger. Burgers must be a single or double Classic or Bacon Smash in order to qualify.

Customers should note that this coupon code does not apply to third-party delivery apps, nor can it be used in-person or with other offers. Some locations may not be participating in the offer, so be sure to confirm before placing your order.

Sonic

Similarly to its Halloween special, Sonic will be celebrating Cyber Monday with a corn dog deal. All day long on November 27, customers can purchase corn dogs for only $0.50 apiece, as opposed to the usual price of about $1.29 apiece.

Assuming this deal is identical to the previous month's, corn dog purchases per customer are unlimited. Yes, this means you can take advantage of this offer to feed your entire family after a long day of online shopping. Hot diggity dog!

Popeyes

While other chains are offering their usual menus, Popeyes is kicking things up a notch with a new product: the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. Launched on November 15, this new sandwich will be part of Popeyes' Cyber Week deal.

To earn a free sandwich (blackened, spicy, or original), customers must order another sandwich combo through the chain's app or website. This deal is not available for use in person — though you can choose to make your order pick-up or delivery. Do note that the new blackened chicken sandwich does not come breaded, but it is marinated for 12 hours to ensure juiciness.

Tim Hortons

Although not quite free, Tim Hortons' Cyber Monday deal is an honorary addition to the list of freebies. Between now and November 28, Tims Rewards members can purchase a medium latte for only $1. Orders must be placed through the Tim Hortons app or website.

Lattes, which regularly cost between $3.59 and $4.40, include regular, vanilla, caramel, and mocha varieties, as well as the seasonal peppermint mocha, gingerbread oat milk, and brown butter caramel. Per the offer, lattes can be ordered hot or iced — though you may be charged for modifications and tax where applicable.

Taco Bell

Taco Bell has a few bargains that are Cyber Monday-adjacent, but nothing specifically for the big day itself. The company is offering an extra 80 reward points for any used sauce packets (emphasis on any — not just its Fire sauce) until December 23.

On the 28 November, the day after Cyber Monday, you can get a free build your own Cravings box if you win Coin Drop in the company's app. Lastly, Taco Bell is running a 30 days of crispy goodness deal where customers can get a Nacho Fries Lover's Pass for only $10 via its app.
