Oceanside Fizz Recipe

This cocktail was created by Erick Castro, West Coast brand ambassador for Pernod-Ricard's English Gins portfolio. It is a twist on the classic Southside cocktail, with the addition of sea salt and celery bitters bringing a crisp, dry freshness reminiscent of the California ocean breeze.

  • 2 ounces Beefeater 24
  • 3/4 ounces lime juice
  • 3/4 ounces simple syrup
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves
  • pinch sea salt
  • dash celery bitters
  • Top with soda
  1. Muddle ingredients and shake
  2. Serve in a Highball glass and garnish with Mint Leaf
