Oceanside Fizz Recipe
This cocktail was created by Erick Castro, West Coast brand ambassador for Pernod-Ricard's English Gins portfolio. It is a twist on the classic Southside cocktail, with the addition of sea salt and celery bitters bringing a crisp, dry freshness reminiscent of the California ocean breeze.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Beefeater 24
- 3/4 ounces lime juice
- 3/4 ounces simple syrup
- 6 to 8 mint leaves
- pinch sea salt
- dash celery bitters
- Top with soda
Directions
- Muddle ingredients and shake
- Serve in a Highball glass and garnish with Mint Leaf
