IPA Marinade Recipe

Marinades infuse meats with flavor and also help tenderize by breaking down connective tissue in the meat before cooking. Marinades are liquid-y mixes of spices and an acid, usually a citrus or a vinegar, or in this case, beer. Don't worry about serving beer-soaked steak to kids or non-drinkers — the alcohol burns off during cooking, leaving super tender meat with a great char.
