Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (3 ounces each)
- 5 teaspoons Chinese five-spice powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 plums
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 green onions
Directions
- Sprinkle pork with five-spice powder and salt. In 12-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat; add pork and cook for 5 minutes or until browned, turning once. Transfer to plate.
- To same skillet, add plums; cook for 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic, then soy sauce and brown sugar; cook until simmering, stirring often.
- Return pork to skillet; cook for 1 minute or until cooked through. Stir in green onions.
