- 1 avocado
- 2 kiwifruits, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 11 cups frozen pineapple chunks
For the smoothie
In blender, combine avocado, kiwifruit, yogurt, and pineapple and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
