  • During the pandemic, she created a plant-based cooking social media account to share her food photography.
  • She loves to research recipes to send to family and friends who are new to cooking.


After working on the editorial team for a student-run fashion magazine, Madeline began pursuing content writing professionally. In 2022, she wrote for two lifestyle digital publications to expand her portfolio and gain insight into the publication process of online articles. Now, she carries her passion for cooking and recipe development to her role as a news writer for Food Republic.


Madeline received a bachelor's degree in writing seminars from Johns Hopkins University.
