Starting today, the beloved Telepan in New York City will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with a “Ten Years Ten Dishes” tasting menu.
Chef Bill Telepan tells Food Republic that he’s looked through recipe archives and drummed up a menu of dishes “that have been requested time and time again and that I have enjoyed cooking and eating.”
The $125 seven-course meal will feature vegetables, meats, fish, pastas and desserts. Beverage pairings will be available for an extra $75. The exclusive menu will be available until January 17. The restaurant has also put together a video celebrating the past decade. Check it out below.
