The popular Brooklyn BBQ Blowout has just completed a stellar season, and Food Republic is happy to have partnered with the team for a fourth year. As a refresher, the series is hosted by our dudes at Finger on the Pulse and features guest chefs, guest DJs and quality beer (in various quantities). Last night’s event at Good Co. featured beef rib sandwiches from Williamsburg chef Sean Rembold of Reynard. Those went down perfectly with beer from Brooklyn Brewery and Jameson Irish Whiskey, if we do say so ourselves. This was our last Blowout of the season, but stay tuned for updates on future BBQ bashes. In the meantime, check out these photos from last night.
