’Tis the season for BBQ! The popular Brooklyn BBQ Blowout is back for another season, and Food Republic is honored to partner with the team for a fourth year. As a refresher, the series is hosted by our dudes at Finger on the Pulse and features guest chefs, guest DJs and quality beer (in various quantities). The summer’s last event will be held on the evening of Tuesday, August 4, at Good Company in Williamsburg, featuring Sean Rembold from the wildly successful Reynard and cohosted by Andrew Tarlow. Sean will be taking over the grills to serve up beef rib sandwiches with poblano tzatziki and cabbage, grilled corn with melon and pickled jalapeño and tomatoes with stone fruit, red onion, feta and basil all night long. On the decks, we have the one and only Pasternak (Lemonade). All of that happens to go down perfectly with beer from Brooklyn Brewery and Jameson Irish Whiskey, if we do say so ourselves.
