Blockbuster alert! The fourth episode, premiering on Le Fooding's 15th anniversary, promises to be a classic. Three international headlining acts, awarded time and time again, are coming to blow out the candles: the star chef of Shoreditch, James Lowe (Lyle's, London), the hipster chef of San Francisco and New York, Danny Bowien (Mission Chinese Food, San Francisco and Mission Cantina, NYC) and the Franco-California TV chef with the yummiest tattoos in the history of taste, Ludo Lefebvre (Trois Mec, Petit Trois, L.A.). Faux bourgeois but true punks in the kitchen, these bad boys will take over the historic and bourgeois Lapérouse restaurant, with once demimondaine ways. So rock the casbah! For one exceptional dinner... Washed down with the irresistible Chablis wines produced by William Fèvre. Available for 52 guests only, not one more! A word to the wise...
