Valentine’s Day is the perfect cooking holiday. Because what says "I love you" more than a perfectly executed béarnaise? All week we will be offering up some recipes for you to practice  and execute on the big night (which is tomorrow!). Be prepared.

A subpar box of chocolates or a pair of store-bought cupcakes isn't going to do the trick on Valentine's Day. We've seen it all before. It's time to up the ante and make a romantic dessert with your own two hands. Whether it's infused with red wine, then frozen and scooped, or infused with red wine and served in a big chocolaty wedge with bourbon whipped cream (hey!), there's a dessert in here that's going to tickle your taste buds just right.
