Welcome to Imaginary Menu, a series in which we ask prominent artists and illustrators to dream up a fantasy restaurant, then devise a menu for it. Next up is Joseph Warren, a Philadelphia-based, Massachusetts-raised painter who is inspired by fishing culture. He tells us about his menu: "I've chosen Woods Hole, Massachusetts, as the location for the Pier Review, and in an attempt to fit in with all the science there, I've tried to structure the menu like a scientific-journal article. The restaurant name is also a nod to that." Without further ado, welcome to the Pier Review:
