Earlier this week we filed a story that detailed 9 important whole grains to know — and, ideally, cook with as much as possible. We're talking about grains like millet (gluten-free; ancient), sorghum (packed with antioxidants; high in fiber) and teff (tons of protein). We figured after dropping all of that knowledge, we should tell you how to actually cook with it. We scoured our recipes database for 13 good ones.
