Losers Like Jim Rash Eat Sour Plums In Tokyo's Ping Pong Underground

Screenwriters Nat Faxon and Jim Rash won an Oscar in 2012 for their work on The Descendants. But, you probably remember them better as the guys who "legbombed" actress Angelina Jolie. The comic duo, who also co-wrote and co-directed the 2013 film The Way, Way Back, recently teamed up again, heading to Tokyo to film the season finale of The Getaway. In the episode, airing Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 9 p.m. EST, on Esquire Network, the pair infiltrate one of the city's underground ping-pong parlors, where they agree to a friendly but fearsome wager: the loser must eat from a jar of really sour, really gross-looking pickled plums.
