New Recipes This Week: Fried Duck Eggs, Clam Ceviche, Blowtorch Salmon
It's hot out, so cook your food (or don't) accordingly. The big winners this week were ceviche (which is "cooked" with acid) and blowtorch salmon sashimi, which is exactly what it sounds like. A little crème brûlée torch won't heat the kitchen up much, unless you set your curtains on fire or something.
