New Recipes This Week: Chicken Banh Mi, Olive Oil Gelato, Escargot
When the hot, hot weather hits, you have two choices: lighten up (as in don't eat these) or go spicy because spicy food cools you down. We obviously chose both — two delicious vegan recipes for tofu, a fiery hot cumin lamb stir fry and a jalapeño-spiked Vietnamese chicken banh mi sandwich. The Spanish olives have a chili kick, too. Too much? We whipped up a vanilla gelato that will soothe the burn.
