“I would absolutely like to go head-to-head with the guys from Battersby,” says our man in Minneapolis, chef Erik Anderson in his episode of Vice’s Munchies. But we’re not talking about Iron Chef or softball or Settlers of Catan. Nah, he’s talking fernet shots. And homeboy is pretty much the best at that. Also, cooking very nice things to eat and making television (well, streaming Internet television) gold.
