Steven Rinella, host of the Sportsman Channel’s MeatEater (a production of Zero Point Zero, Food Republic's parent company) and author/entrepreneur Michael Ruhlman (read our interview) sat down to try a variety of cured meats, including Rinella’s homemade sausage made with bear, deer and the fat of many different animals.
