I suck at making sushi, which I've admitted many times. But I'm good at finding ways around it, which was why I was so thrilled to find this video from How To Make Sushi's YouTube channel. Don't bother breaking out the bamboo rolling mat, you'll just need sushi ingredients, nice clean hands and a dining companion who appreciates the concept of kawaii.
