We’ve all eaten way too much food at one dinner party or another. Think about Thanksgiving, for example. According to the USDA, active males between the ages of 15 and 55 are supposed to consume roughly 3,000 calories per day. So, what does that actually look like? It’s pretty gross to envision that we eat the equivalent of 15 slices of pepperoni pizza during our heaviest of meals.
