New Recipes This Week: Lamb T-Bones, Rosemary Scallops, Chicken Doro Wat

This week sounds like the greatest summer tasting menu, ever. Start with rosemary-scented scallops and soba noodle salad washed down with watermelon agua fresca (spiked or otherwise), move on to your choice of spicy Ethiopian chicken or juicy herb-sauced lamb chops (paired with any of these killer black IPAs) and finish with a malty chocolate stout ice cream sandwich rolled in salty pretzels.

Of course the sum of the meal's parts are fine served on their own too. Try the chicken doro wat, it's the spiciest chicken stew you've never tried.
