New Recipes This Week: Caviar Butter, Cod "BLT" Salad, Fried Calamari Nachos
We're taking a brief break from grilling to get the smoke out of our hair and clothes, then we're firing up the grill again. While we were catching our breath, it became evident that you truly can transfer any beloved snack onto nachos, and that the Scandinavian habit of eating stuff on long rye crackers is actually pretty awesome. Especially when you have a tub of caviar butter handy (and we did!).
