According to sources, avocado consumption has jumped 200% over the past decade, which surpasses any other fruit. This made us realize something. We've published a lot of recipes starring avocados! And not just guacamole. If you're living in many parts of the United States, the Haas is just about in reason right now. According to New York Magazine, "oil content increases in the spring, rendering them especially rich and buttery." Sounds like our weekend plans are made.
