As we've mentioned recently, we're heading to Vietnam next week to travel with four chefs of varying culinary and geographical backgrounds: Edward Lee (610 Magnolia in Louisville), Stuart Brioza (State Bird Provisions in San Francisco), Paul Qui (Qui in Austin) and Bryan Caswell (Reef in Houston). We'll be traveling around to learn all about fish sauce and eat as much banh xeo and bun cha as possible.
