When steam and bamboo work together, dumplings happen. That’s why we love our mushiki.

A mushiki is a Japanese food steamer. Heated water in the lower section of the bamboo basket creates steam that passes through the top sections of food above. Plus, it’s all-natural and we imagine recycling would involve simply tossing the thing in the woods. But then you can’t steam dumplings. And nobody likes a wasteful Warren.
