Cheese should never be "dispensed," except when it comes to raclette.

Raclette is a traditional Swiss dish best known as fondue in the US. It consists of thick slices of raclette cheese melted off a nifty melting contraption over boiled potatoes, served with cured meats and cornichons. Melt it. Watch it ooze. Enjoy it.
