"Most people have not used a truly sharp knife," says Seattle knife sharpener Albert Edmonds in this colorful short from Consumption Films. Edmunds runs the popular Seattle Edge in the city's Freemont neighborhood, charging between $1.50 and $3.00 per-inch for his services that cater to the city's restaurant community, as well as home-cooks (he provides loaner knives for the professionals).
