Word Of The Day: Mange-Tout
There are only a few things better than eating a delicious dish. One of those things is not working hard to prepare that delicious dish. This is especially feasible possible if the ingredients are mange-tout.
Mange-tout (mawnzh-TOO) is a French word term to "eat everything." It is often referred to beans or peas where everything from the pod to the seed is edible. Sugar snap peas are a great example, and you know as well as we do that the farmers market will never disappoint when it comes to a salad creation.
