Oooh, barra barracuda! Contrary to the 1970s band who originally popularized this fish (allegedly), we thought it would be fitting to show love to this kind of underwater critter.

Snoek is an oily, bony fish that resembles a barracuda or a mackerel and is pretty tasty when smoked. In South African cuisine it’s slathered with apricot jam and grilled. We can get on board with that.
