Word Of The Day: Yumasetta

When you crave one ultimately satisfying dish for dinner, there are only a few remedies for some. The Italians refer to it as lasagna. The Greeks, moussaka. One version you may not have heard of is yumasetta (maybe for good reason).

Nothing special-looking, yumasetta is made of noodles, meat and sauce. Originally an Amish creation, modern Midwesterners have adapted it into a gloriously unhealthy (and unabashedly filling) casserole of ground beef, canned soup, noodles and Velveeta...if you're lucky. We recommend taking on a bit more of a challenge with the recipe below.
