You've likely read a little bit about Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli, the bearded duo behind a number of Europe-meets-America restaurant concepts New York City—be it Frankie's, Prime Meats or Café Pedlar. If you're in town, you really should check one out. Here's a video from Saveur's very cool Sandwich Stories series where Falcinelli explains how it is OK to go meatless sometimes, detailing a zucchini and linguini sandwich. Yes, with bread. There's no double-starch rule going down apparently. But, for real, this is a sandwich we can get behind.
