As you may have noticed, we're big fans of going hog-wild (or is it whole-hog?) with our pig coverage. We've been covering the ongoing Cochon 555 tour, interviewing founder Brady Lowe and covering the action in New York City, Napa and Memphis. To follow this tradition, here's a time-lapse look at hog buttering at NYC locavore mecca Joseph Leonard, set to Jay-Z's battle rap "Takeover." We would have preferred "H*A*M", but that's just us.
