Spam Musubi On Super Bowl Sunday

What's Going On: For the past two years my friend Hawaiian Brian has visited NYC around the time of the Super Bowl—he supports the Packers and was having a little better time last year. None the less, Brian blessed our little SB potluck party with a local delicacy known as Spam musubi. Think chunks of Spam—pan fried—stacked atop Calrose rice and rolled in nori. Do not hate this until you try it. Forget fried chicken and whoopie pies—musubi could be the next big restaurant trend.
