Live From The Food Republic Test Kitchen

Friends, today is going to be quite the day.

Unlike most days, when the staff is either on assignment or hunching over laptops in our Koreatown office space, today the staff is running an interactive test kitchen in the West Village. We're reporting live from Little Owl The Venue (93 Greenwich Avenue at Bank Street), where chefs will be stopping by for quickie interviews. Recipe will be tested. Drinks will be consumed.
