Christina Tosi's Top 5 Halloween Candies

Recently we introduced you to our crack pie dealer Christina Tosi, the 29-year-old Virginia native who has been running Momofuku's pastry program like a maniac Martha Stewart. Her book was released last week, featuring recipes like D.I.Y. Cinnamon Toast Crunch and pear sorbet with stilton.

We also talked to Tosi, an obvious over-the-counter candy freak, about her favorite Halloween sweets. And here they are:

1. Haribo Gummy Bears

2. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups "But not the cups with the ripples, but the shapes that they make for Halloween — with like a soft pad of peanut butter that they just dip in chocolate," says Tosi. "My mom and my sister would buy them in bulk after the holidays."

3. Pixie Sticks

4. Milk Duds "For Halloween they put them in their own little personalized box, which you can't find at other times of the year."

5. Malt balls
