Consider for a moment the turducken. What made it go viral to begin with, and what causes it to resurface every Thanksgiving? It's stuffed. And then that which is stuffed is stuffed once more. We'd go so far as to say people like stuffed food. We're not talking about your pizza crust. We're talking about filling up a pork roast or rubbing a lamb belly the right way (which is to say stuffing it).
