Word Of The Day: Weakfish

The weakfish is – obviously – a type of fish. Named for its inability to intimidate or beat up any other fish, this is the wimp of the sea. Ok, maybe that's not where its name comes from. Actually, the name refers to the flesh around the mouth that is easily ripped during the fishing process. This white fish is in the drum family, and is also known as a seatrout. So, be sure to cook up some wimpfish – erm, weakfish – this weekend and enjoy all of the fishy deliciousness this lean meat has to offer.
