No-Labor Labor Day Weekend Lunch

The last thing you're probably thinking about before one of the greatest long weekends of the year is discovering/cooking/consuming a really elaborate lunch. Nothing against the old favorite like bibimbap and Spanish tortilla, but we're going uber-minimalist today. Besides if we eat an enormous lunch, we'll be all lethargic and not hungry when we leave the office at 3:30 to hit Electric Zoo. Here are some recommendations (from simpler days):

We wish you a wild or relaxing weekend, whichever suits you best, and remember: if you get ketchup on your white pants, it's no big deal because come Tuesday, those puppies are history.
