Apparently back when this commercial was created sometime during the Reagan administration, Burger King was having issues convincing customers that their flame-broiled burgers should be served hot. As the Power Station song goes, "You can't tell how hot you want it until you try." So they are saying you need to try the burger to figure out exactly how hot you want it. We're sure several dozens of thousands of people took them up on the challenge. Sneaky. Also, for the record, you shouldn't cook your food too hot.
