How To Help The African Drought Victims

Last week, the United Nations declared a famine in two parts of Somalia. The drought there has ravaged the area, leaving millions starving. More than 13 million people in Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti and Uganda require food assistance immediately, and that number is likely to rise.
