Today On Food Republic: BBQ Season Begins

It's grilling season! Which means that every day for the foreseeable future, Food Republic will feature BBQ-related recipes, tips, techniques, gear, gadgets, and mouth-watering sides.

It starts at noon today with a heated debate: Gas vs. Charcoal. After that, and over the next few months, come back early and often for recipes covering the gamut (pizza? On a grill?) and insider knowledge from BBQ maestros (Alton Brown and Adam Perry Lang among them).
