Starbucks Just Launched The Merry Mint White Mocha For A Limited Time Only

Sometimes holiday gifts come early, and for Starbucks fans, the coffee chain's winter menu is definitely a present. Back in November, the coffee giant announced its 2023 slate of limited-time holiday cups and seasonal drinks, and now an all-new drink — the Merry Mint White Mocha — is available for order exclusively via the Starbucks mobile app.

This new iced drink is a variation on another holiday menu item, the Peppermint Mocha, a minty and chocolatey coffee drink that's been a seasonal favorite at Starbucks for more than 20 years. The classic Peppermint Mocha blends espresso with milk, peppermint syrup, mocha sauce, and includes decadent touches like whipped cream and curls of dark chocolate. It's also served hot by default. The newly unveiled Merry Mint White Mocha is iced and features a creamy peppermint chocolate cream cold foam, as well as white chocolate sauce, espresso, milk, and chocolate curls.

Starbucks cold foams are a fan favorite, and the company has added several other cold foam flavors to its holiday menu, including sugar cookie and caramel brulée. Cold foam fans will want to open the Starbucks app and taste this all-new merry creation.

As if the ever-growing selection of holiday-themed drinks weren't enough, Starbucks is also rolling out holiday rewards through its official app. The most notable of these is a 50% off any handcrafted drink deal that runs on Thursdays from 12 to 6 p.m. throughout December. The Merry Mint White Mocha is a limited-time offer available through December 22 in the U.S. and Canada, says Starbucks. That means the new offering can be purchased at a discount by rewards members for two more Thursdays, as of December 13. As for the other drinks on the winter menu, Starbucks typically offers these through the first two weeks of January before they disappear for the season.

The company continues to announce its newest ventures, like the Merry Mint White Mocha, via social media. Rewards members and other fans of the coffee purveyor should stay tuned. The season is almost over, but Starbucks may still have a few more gifts in store.
